Preorder Products: Products marked for preorder will ship on or before the date specified for that batch.
SSUBR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for products in original, undamaged packaging.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
